Returns & Refunds

All our pieces are custom-crafted and made to order; therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or was delivered in error.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@natiaradesign.com. Once the return is approved, the item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect selections, or minor variations in color or texture caused by screen settings or the artisanal nature of our products.
