TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction
   Welcome to Natìara ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our bespoke home linens, including bedding and towels. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Made-to-Order Products
   Each item is individually crafted to order in our atelier in India. Due to the artisanal nature of our process, every piece is unique and may feature subtle variations. Production typically requires from 45 to 120 business days.

3. Returns and Refunds
   As all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the item is faulty or incorrect upon delivery. If you receive a defective or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours by emailing info@natiaradesign.com, including clear images and a description of the issue. If a return is approved, the item must be returned unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

4. Product Images and Variations
   We aim to represent our products as accurately as possible, but please note that images may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and photography. Minor differences in colour, texture, or pattern are considered part of the product’s bespoke character.

5. Pricing and Payment
   All prices are listed in EU (€) and include VAT where applicable. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

6. Shipping and Delivery
   Once your order is complete, it will be dispatched using a trusted courier service. Delivery typically takes 10 working days from the date of dispatch. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, couriers, or other unforeseen circumstances. International shipping is available upon request, and delivery times will vary based on destination.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations
   Due to the bespoke nature of our work, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed. Please ensure all details are correct before finalising your purchase.

8. Care Guidelines
   To preserve the integrity of your Natìara's products, please follow the care instructions provided. Damage resulting from improper washing or care or use of harsh detergents is not covered by our responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability
   Natìara is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

10. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
