Column

the architecture of the mind

Column is a mirage of the mind. A rug that doesn’t depict what is, but what we believe we see. Its vertical forms, barely hinted at, multiply in perception: illusory architectures, constructions that exist only in the eyes of the beholder. Like thoughts taking shape, like dreams becoming structure.

It is an ode to imagination, the uniquely human ability to build inner worlds, to find balance even within ambiguity. Column doesn’t show, it suggests. It doesn’t lead, it distorts, leaving the mind free to complete the image. Thus, every space becomes a stage of perception, where what we see is only one of countless possibilities.
