Lands
The Geography of Connection
The Lands rug is a textile narrative that explores the delicate balance between boundary and harmony. Defined by two striking parallel bands that intersect and diverge, the design serves as a geometric metaphor for the diverse territories and cultures that shape our global landscape.
Through a refined interplay of deep, earthen tones and textured grays, Lands speaks to the concept of cultural separation. It acknowledges the borders that define our distinct identities and independent spaces. Yet, where the weaves meet and the fibers align, the true essence of the piece emerges: the discovery of common ground.
The varying pile heights and artisanal textures are not merely aesthetic choices, but representations of diverse traditions. While maintaining their unique character, these elements converge into a unified form of beauty. Lands is more than a design object; it is a textile topography that celebrates the elegance of coexistence, proving that even within the clearest divisions, a universal and harmonious vision can be found.

Features
Features
The collection features an asymmetric, multi-level construction composed of two textile blocks offset both vertically and horizontally. This modularity creates an irregular silhouette that breaks traditional geometric boundaries. The surface alternates fine horizontal ribbed textures with bold, rhythmic line patterns for visual depth. A prominent central band in high, plush pile serves as the axis of both union and separation, introducing a significant tactile and volumetric contrast against the flatter base weave. The outer edges are finished with dense, handcrafted fringes, adding a dynamic, artisanal detail to the overall architectural design.
